At Gear Heads Workshop we are keen to help those who could benefit from having a bicycle as a form or transport or exercise, but cannot afford one. To do this we are partnering with community organisations who can identify those in need and refer them on to us.

When we provide subsidised repair work or a refurbished bicycle we sit down with the recipient and find out what will work best for them. We also require the recipient to attend a maintenance workshop so that they can take an active role in keeping their bike on the road.
